Due to the nature of the GI MAP/common findings, we typically expect that a phased-approach over at least few months is warranted to remedy relevant findings.
This service does not include all the phased protocols to address the stool test in full. Often with clients, I see that we make meaningful progress on their cases between 3-6 months, but sometimes timelines fall outside of that!
The reason this offer does not include every single phase is because it’s important for you to have real-time support as you implement each step. It’s not unusual that clients hit bumps in the road, that we need to tweak and adjust things, and pivot as we go!
Depending on your findings, I will propose recommended next steps for you to get support.

My philosophy (as far as supplements go) is this: I believe that supplements come second to (or may be used in conjunction with), developing strong, supportive nutrition and lifestyle foundations. They can be helpful to address imbalances and fill in any “gaps” that may help us move the needle in your health.
With the HTMA we’ll run in this program, strategic supplementation may be of the targeted protocols we’ll developed (we can actually custom compound you a mineral formula based om your lab results, if its warranted), but are used for a limited time period & for a specific purpose.
It’s important to me that I meet clients where they’re at (both from a logistics and from a financial perspective!), so it’s always a frank conversation that you and I would have prior to starting our work together 🤠

Long story short: no! It’s very seldom that I use restrictive diets with clients — I prefer to keep in as many foods as possible. I’ve found that restrictive diets tend to be challenging to follow, and stressful (which IMHO is likely worse for your gut 🙃)
In very specific scenarios — complex cases, or severe symptoms — there may be a time and place to use therapeutic diets to take stress off the body and reduce symptoms.
Again, this is something we’d always have an open and honest conversation about, but I try to avoid any sort of restrictive eating in practice!

The GI MAP is a comprehensive stool panel that uses qPCR technology. This is what the GI MAP will tell us:
