Wherever you can find the products recommended in the guide, is great! I generally recommend practitioner-grade supplementation (quality matters).
Most of these products can be found at local health food stores (love to support local where possible!!). Inside the guide, you’ll get access to a 10-15% discount through my online supplement dispensary called “Fullscript,” which is available to you if you’re located in Canada or the US. Note that if you order through my Canadian Fullscript account, I do make a small commission off the back of your purchases!
If you are outside of Canada and the US, you will find some reputable places to buy supplementation, hopefully available to you where you live! This is something I am always looking into, and will continue to add to as I find new places to shop at. If you’re familiar with me, my work, and how I practice, you’ll know I am a minimalist when it comes to using products, do not believe they are necessary for everyone, and always try to keep logistics and finances in mind when making protocol recommendations to clients.
It’s also why in my work with clients there is always a massive, massive emphasis on the foundations like nutrition and lifestyle, and we use supplements strategically to 1) fill in any necessary gaps, or 2) use them for symptom relief support to get people feeling better ASAP
The reason I’ve created this guide is because I always get questions from clients/folks in my community about supplementation, and want to help you make the best decisions possible if you are going to buying supplements, anyways.
I want to help you suss out what’s legit, what’s not, what’s worth it, etc. — so you can stop wasting money on shit that’s just not working for you.

You’ll find this in the guide, but I always, always, always recommend checking in with your PCP prior to starting with any supplementation to ensure its safety for you.
I do my best to account for all potential interactions, contraindications, potential allergens, etc., but outside of that, it’s hard to know how any body will respond to a supplement.
If you try a product recommended in this guide, and notice adverse effects/a poor response, stop the product immediately, and seek out medical care from your provider as needed/warranted.
